- Lighter levels of assistance (Ultra light & light): For individuals that can already do pull-ups/ chin-ups and dips but wish to perform more reps. They offer the lowest levels of resistance for strength, functional fitness, and agility training.
- Ultra-light: weight range 2.3-6.8kg| 5.1-15lb |length 100cm

- Medium levels of assistance (medium & heavy): offer more assistance for those who cannot perform many pull-ups/chin-ups and dips. Increased resistance will challenge strength, functional fitness, and agility training.
