The FINNLO by HAMMER inclined bench, which is perfect for your home training, has a compact design and, with its many adjustment options, is an ideal addition to a barbell training station / barbell rack.
The inclined bench consists of a high-quality seat and backrest, which can be adjusted 3- or 7-fold and thus enables perfect training ergonomics.
The backrest can be adjusted from 90 degrees to -10 degrees (negative). The negative function of the backrest as well as the extremely angled seat cushion is also ideal for sit-ups.
